Currency

All prices are displayed in Serbian dinars (RSD). During your final billing, your account will be charged the total order amount.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery of the ordered products, otherwise we will consider that the delivery is on schedule and on the day of planned delivery you will be charged the full amount of your order. Delivery

Delivery in the territory of the City of Belgrade is provided in cooperation with the City runner courier, and in the rest of Serbia in cooperation with the courier service Pošte Srbije – Post express. This service is charged additionally 400 dinars. For orders above 5000 dinars we provide delivery free of charge.

Delivery problems

In the event that we are unable to make the delivery, because no one was at the address at the agreed time to receive the ordered products, the products will be returned to our shop, and your account will be charged the full amount for the order and delivery. The order will be deemed completed.

If the person to whom we are sending a gift is not willing to receive your gift at delivery, the courier will return the order to our shop, and your account will be charged the full amount of the order and delivery. The order will be deemed completed.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our service or product, please contact us by email within 4 hours of delivery. We accept complaints only if you send us a picture of the problem you encountered, along with a written description, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

If we find that your claim is founded, Casachok will reimburse you for the value of the order.
