Chocolate Botanical garden

The Chocolate Botanical garden collection consists of 10 pralines in 5 different flavours: milk chocolate ganache with passion fruit, tonka bean and crunchy amaranth, caramelised black sesame seeds with milk chocolate and lime, white chocolate ganache with bergamot, lemon grass and ginger, white chocolate ganache with vanilla, ylang ylang and crunchy coconut, milk chocolate ganache with thyme and wild blueberries.

Through combinations of flavours, smells, and colours, the chocolate botanical garden will take you on a unique gastronomic journey across the globe. Every praline is made of carefully selected natural ingredients from different parts of the world. Passion fruit will make your taste buds dance to a tropical tune. Tonka beans, the exotic gift of the Amazon rainforest, will bring a touch of sweet magic. Caramelized black sesame seeds will bring the depth of flavour from the east. The bergamot will remind you of the beauty of the Mediterranean and the lime – of the exuberance of South America. Piquant ginger, refreshing lemongrass and fragrant ylang-ylang will subtly bring the note of faraway Asia and Africa. Madagascar vanilla will fill you with warmth and coconut will tell the stories of beaches on remote islands. Wild blueberries will transport you to a mountain and wild thyme will make you realize why it is believed that fairies danced all night long in the very place where it grows.
